How do I book a session?
Booking is simple! You can fill out the contact form through my website with all the important details about your session, including what you're looking for, your preferred date, and any other information you'd like to share. Once I receive your inquiry, I'll be in touch to chat about your vision and the next steps.
Where are you located and do you travel?
I am located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and offer sessions throughout the surrounding areas. I do travel for sessions for an additional travel fee, which can be discussed prior to booking based on your location.
How far in advance should I book?
I currently book most sessions about one - two months in advance, but availability can vary throughout the year. I always recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure you have the best chance for securing your preferred date. For weddings and busier seasons booking further in advance is always encouraged.
What happens after I book?
Once your session is booked, I'll stay connected with you throughout the process to make sure everything feels easy and stress-free. You're welcome to send over any inspiration, ideas, or questions you may have. Before your session I'll touch base to confirm all the details, check in about timing, and keep an eye on the weather if needed so we're prepared for the da.

How long does it take to receive my photos?
Your turnaround time will be discussed at the time of your booking and included within your contract. My current turnaround time for regular sessions is approximately 2 to 3 weeks, but wedding galleries typically take around 8 to 10 weeks. Turnaround times can vary depending on the season and workload, but I'll always keep you updated throughout the process.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather can sometimes be unpredictable, especially for outdoor sessions. I have a cancellation and weather policy that will be reviewed and signed as part of your contract. If weather conditions are not suitable for your session, we will discuss the best option, moving forward, whether that means rescheduling or making another arrangem.
What should I wear for my session?
Once your session is booked, I'm always happy to help with outfit planning! If you have questions about what to wear, colors, or coordinating outfits, don't hesitate to reach out. I can help you choose options that complement your location, the season, and the overall feeling you want your photos to have.
